 1 apple peeled, cored and thinly sliced
 1 tbsp sugar
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 Pinch of ground cardamom
 Pinch of ground ginger
 Pinch of salt

In a bowl, add all the ingredients and toss to coat well.

Preheat your Vortex Air Fryer to AIRFRY and select 390.

Place the slices in a single layer on a rack. Should fit on one.

Cook for about 8 minutes or until light brown.
