This delicious air fryer butternut squash and kielbasa (sausage) dish is a great way to use up any leftover bread or pasta you may have on hand. It makes a healthy and very filling side dish or light meal.

Preheat air fryer to 370 on AIR FRY
Cut the butternut squash into one inch cubes. Add the butternut squash, onion, oil and seasoning to bowl. Coat.
Spread the butternut squash on a rack in a single layer. You should be able to lay them all flat.
Cook the squash for 10 minutes.
Remove the rack and add the kielbasa and return to the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes or until everything is crispy and done. Depends on the size of the sausage and squash. Should take about 20 minutes total.
