Preheat the air fryer to 350' on BAKE.

Mix together the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add your sour cream and cream cheese. Beat until smooth. You can use a blender, hand mixer or do it by hand.

Pour into the ramekin and put in a pan with a half-inch of water. Bake for 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, add the raspberries, sugar, lemon juice and water to a pot, stir and bring to the boil. Allow it to boil for about 5 minutes, stirring often to stop it from scorching. Reduce and let simmer while the cheesecakes are cooking.

Check the cheesecake, it should be a little brown on top and firm. If not, put back in for a few minutes.

Air Fryer Cheesecake Recipe

This delicious cheesecake recipe can be used as a dull time snack. It only takes 10 minutes of prep time and 7 minutes to cook. The best is that you do not need a lot of ingredients. Here is what you need. You need 2 eggs, ¾ cups of sugar and a half teaspoon of vanilla. You will also need some sort of cheese because we are making cheesecake. duh. We are using two tablespoons of sour cream and 8 ounces of cream cheese. You should use approximately one block of cheese. Finally you would need raspberry compote.

Now that you have all the ingredients ready let's see how we make it. While you prepare other things you should set your air fryer to pre heat on bake for 350 degrees.
