Learn how to air fry steak. This Air Fryer Sirloin steak recipe is a very tasty one! It’s a good way to prepare a beef steak for any occasion. It also is quite economical since it uses only sirloin steak, butter, and red wine.

Mix the butter, a little Worcestershire, parsley, and garlic in a bowl.
Plop on wax paper or parchment and roll into a tube. Freeze it while prepping/cooking steaks.
Pat the steaks dry. Salt and Pepper the steaks and cover with Worcestershire sauce. Use a fork to pierce the steaks and force the seasoning in and tenderize.
Marinate the steaks in Worcestershire sauce in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the steaks and let them sit on the counter for 30. Room temp is best!
Preheat your Vortex Air Fryer to 400' with the grate in it (if you have one). The rack should on the LOW level if you use a grate. If not you will want to put the rack on the MIDDLE level with the steak directly on it.
CAREFULLY open the fryer and place the steaks on the grate
Cook for five minutes and flip
Take the steak out and let it rest for five minutes before eating.
Cut a sliver of the garlic butter and place on the hot steak
