Rotisserie Instant Pot Chicken Nuggets

I love the new instant pot cookers they are so easy to use and cook food without burning or splattering. This one is great for Chicken nuggets or just chicken and veg! I am sure it would work on fish also!

 1 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch chunks
 1 egg
 1 cup milk
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
 2 tsp grated Parmesan optional

Mix Egg and Milk in one bowl

Add Panko crumbs to another - make sure you can fit a skewer into it. Paper plate works great

Salt and Pepper the chicken Pieces and then put it in the egg mixture

Take the pieces out and skewer them. Then dip them in the Panko mixture until they are all done.

Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees

Once it is heated, add the rotisserie tray and cook for 7 minutes. Check temp. Should be 165' F. If not cook another few minutes until golden brown.
