Instant Pot Dehydrator Recipe

Let's get prepared for instant pot dehydrator recipe.

Just take your meat, and cut it up into thin strips. I think it's easier to slice if you freeze it a bit before slicing. It should usually take about 15-30 minutes. If you freeze it too long you can't cut the meat, so be careful.

Then marinate the slices for up to 12 hours. When they are fully marinated place the strips on an oven rack. You need to be careful here and do not let the strips overlap each other. It is recommended to cook them in two batches.

Also, make sure the beaf strips are evenly cooked and keep rotating them so they cook properly from both sides.

Now your beef jerky is ready to be cooked. It is recommended to cook it on a dehydrated for up to 7 hours.
