St. Patrick’s Day Crinkle Cookies

 ½ cup powered Sugar
 3.40 oz package Instant Vanilla Pudding
 1 ½ Sticks Softened Butter
 1 cup Sugar
 2 eggs
 1 tsp vanila
 2 cups Flour
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 5 drops Green Food Colouring

Pre-heat air fryer to 350' on Bake

In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar, butter, pudding, eggs and vanilla and mix for until combined.

In another mixing bowl mix flour & baking soda together.

Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.

Add food colouring and mix.

Scoop 1-inch balls and roll them in the powdered sugar.

Line a rack with parchment paper. Cut to fit. Add the balls to the rack one inch apart.

Place in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Place on a cooling rack.
