This is an easy and delicious way to make Stuffed Chicken Breast In Air Fryer without having to go to the trouble of frying them. Served with mashed potatoes.

Preheat your air fryer to 350' on BAKE. Put the rack on the LOWEST level.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine apple, cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well.
Spread half of the apple mixture into the center of the chicken breast and roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
Place the chicken in a pan add chicken broth to the pan. Just enough to cover the bottom. Cover the pan with tin foil or use our create a quick cover for a Vortex Air Fryer method.
Cook for 20 minutes. Check temp. Uncover and cook until the internal temp is 165'. If not done cook up to another 10 minutes. Time depends on thickness.
Remove and let sit for 5 minutes. Top served with chopped fresh parsley and serve!
